Accommodation

If overnight accommodation is required this must be organised independently by delegates.

Accommodation is not included as part of the workshop. We recommend Novotel, Edinburgh Park (to be opened on 1 April, 2008) (http://www.novotel.com/novotel/fichehotel/gb/nov/6515/fiche_hotel.shtml), approximately 5 minutes drive from SASA, or Heriot-Watt University student accommodation (http://www.edinburgh-conference.com/), similarly a short distance from SASA.

Note: SASA cannot be reached easily by public transport, however free parking will be available for delegates (please follow the signs on arrival at SASA).

For delegates that can only use public transport we may organise a pick-up service from the local 'Park and Ride' at Hermiston (http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/transportedinburgh/roads/Rides/ride.html). Hermiston 'Park and Ride' is served by Lothian Buses No. 25 (http://www.lothianbuses.com/r25.php), which runs from the city centre every 10 minutes. It is also a short walk from Heriot-Watt University and a few minutes drive from SASA. If you are interested in this service please contact the BSPP Programme Secretary (meetings@bspp.org.uk).

Fees can be paid by credit card or cheque.

Payment must be received prior to the meeting.

Credit card
Credit card is our preferred method of payment for online registration. The information taken will be by secure server safeguarding the security of all our credit card transactions.

Cheque payment
Cheques should be in Pounds Sterling and made payable to 'BSPP Meetings' and mailed (together with a print out of your Registration Confirmation, available at the end of the registration) to:-
